Shipment & Delivery

Pack, ship and track smarter

Fulfilment, packing and shipping stop being three systems. Every order leaves on the right service, and everyone can see where it is the whole way.

Out the door with the patient in the loop

Pharmacy-specific courier rules

You set the rules once, and every order after that goes out the right way without anyone deciding again. Nobody is copying a tracking number between two systems either.

Billing and tracking without a phone call

Checkout is an itemised invoice in a browser link, with add-ons and a delivery date the patient picks. From the same link they can update an expired card and watch the order the whole way. The payment method is checked before anything is packed, and the patient is reminded until it clears, so a bad card turns up before the box is built and not after.

Inventory that counts the supplies too

The count covers what most systems ignore: the gel packs, sharps containers, syringes and pads in your kits. That is usually where the shortfall shows up, on a Friday afternoon, with a box half packed. Reorder points follow what you actually dispense, so you are not overstocked on one thing and out of another.

Frequently asked

The major national carriers and the common courier platforms are supported out of the box, and any carrier with an API is typically added within about a week. Local couriers without a sign-off step can be tracked to dispatch but cannot confirm delivery time.

Configurable. Stock is committed at data entry and shown as reserved, then deducted at whichever point matches how you count: pick, dispense, or confirmed delivery.

Yes. Scanning can be required per item, so high-risk and controlled products still demand a scan while a limited formulary of routine items does not slow the bench down.
